It’s a practice to play as adults. Everything is high stakes and nearly every choice has to serve survival. We tend to define our identity based on what we do for work, and our callings are shaped by the machine of this current western context.
But what if our purpose is to be here? To explore, experience, and expand!
Working, sharing, helping others and survival are part of being here - and - all of this happens with so much more ease when we are resourced and relaxed. Our potency and genius are more accessible when we can move more fluidly between aspects of ourselves, drawing from a deeper well of who and how we actually are.
And we can get there, to the more generous reality of our being-ness through play.

Each of these six energies holds potent medicine in both shimmers AND shadows that is needed for these dynamic times.

Come, let's go on an adventure! I will guide you through 7 archetypes and their shadows in journey work, and also a "Spirit Theater" exercise I created called, "I am the one who..." We go deep, in a very playful way. This journey supports reclaiming lost parts, expanding self concept beyond the "too-small-stories," and expanding our capacity through touching the shadow realms.

About your guide: Meg has been cultivating and teaching alchemical approaches to inner life for nearly two decades. She’s been experimenting with blending contemplative, somatic and creative processes for her own healing, and has observed potent integration and transformation in both herself and the folks she works with.
This practice of stepping into the gifts and mystery in the shadows and therefore into more fullness and expression is NO SMALL THING, and Meg is an experienced guide and soul friend here for your wildest, juiciest, most playful findings.
This work is a collaboration with the unseen, and portal into often unattended realms. Low, slow, and gentle is the way — leading to radical freedom and sustaining peace and joy in the process, both in process and and in life.
