Vision, Voice and Hands on Healing

Alchemy Apprenticeship

Are you called by mystery to companion the transmutation and transformation that is taking place in these dynamic and turbulent times through soul-full presencing, inner life alchemy and grounded service?

Our current western context is in a major growth spurt, and many of us are called to respond and drop in with hearts of service to assist in this transition. We’re collectively in the Shadowlands navigating the long neglected underbelly that is now full blown demanding attention. There are those who are doing the good work at the surface advocating, activating, rallying — and there are those of us called to go deeper in and meet at the crossroads with the ancestors, into where the shadows live in each of us, with Earth and Spirit to companion the smallest of small within this huge conversation of liberation for All.

It’s no small thing to re-member your voice, and to companion the re-membering of voice with others.

It’s no small thing to cultivate vision and HOPE, which I consider to be vision with expectation of that vision being possible, and to companion others in tending their inner visionary gardens.

And, it’s no small thing to companion ourselves and each other in hands on presencing. Hands on presencing regulates the nervous system and allows our natural self healing capacities come on-line. If we are resourced, we are resilient and co-creating with All-That-Is in ways that move everything forward with more harmony.

The Alchemy Apprenticeship is (approximately) a two year experiential learning opportunity for those seeking support in the process of personal spiritual formation and skill learning/sharing to be effective and ethical as spiritual companions for others, with specialization in sound healing (primarily through breath and voice), vision work (including journey work, dream encountering, and refining clairvoyance ability) and hands on healing. 

Each participant will be supported by Meg in recognizing their unique approach to Spirit, spiritual formation, personal spiritual and self companionship practices and rituals, and cultivating skills for “presencing” others with a cultivated medicine pouch. 

We are held in this work by the Hermetic arc of alchemy : Nigredo, Albedo, Citrinitas, Rubedo and Lapis. Each of these stages touch on soul states and move us into relationship with the elements, ultimately leading us into the center. 

This is a process oriented program, and it’s substantial. Though it could have been broken into levels, or smaller portions, my inner guidance has strongly suggested that it be offered intact as one thing – and that the practices be interwoven. It’s this way that each facet: Vision, Voice and the activation of healing within the hands develops simultaneously and is offered opportunity to maturate at a somewhat similar rate. My own formation came through a combination of a couple of “weekend workshops,” and multiple long standing mentorships and formational processes. The longer arcs of my study with teachers and elders offered me so much more with room for me to develop my integrity and to situate my ego (from playing big, to playing small) to more right-size and stance.

In short, it takes time.

This looks like:

    Opening and closing ceremonies as a cohort.

    Monthly content drops with engaging inquiry, practices, discourse and invitations

    Up to two monthly 75 minute 1:1’s with Meg to support the deepening of the material.

    Four retreats with other folx in the apprenticeship, and potentially folx outside of this container to support our work and practice.

    25 hour Practicum with feedback to put into practice what is gleaned

The Sequence

Part Four - Rubedo

The boiling is full roil now, and the self is reflecting it’s more true form having burnt off the noise of the world and is now able to see and walk towards mastery.

Part One - Nigredo

We’ll move into the shadows and uncover a bit of what is hidden from sight, and revel in the “space before practice” beside each other to allow for what medicine is truly yours to reveal itself and begin to be nurtured.

Part Two - Albedo

This is the first unifying of opposites, bringing illumination into relationship with the shadows with great care to not assimilate them. There are gifts and mystery in the shadows — and we’ll now also turn towards the light’s shimmering dance upon the waters.

Part Three - citrinitas

In the “yellowing,” we begin the movement of boiling. Things are heating up and effervescencing and we begin to feel the call and capacity for working with others.

Part Five - Lapis

Center - Though we are never done, as the edges of creation are always expanding and mastery is therefore not static, there is an embodied level of proficiency, creative response ability, a demonstrated understanding and commitment to right relationship and a felt infusion of personal medicine.

Skills and tools we’ll cultivate:

Within the container of the Alchemy Apprenticeship, we will practice a myriad of techniques to develop and refine our Vision (clairvoyance,) Voice (sound healing,) and Hands on Healing work. This will look like many things, from journey work and dream encountering, toning, energetic hygiene, and chant — to a deep dive into hands on healing arts.

We will also cultivate “the energy of recognition,” and a stance of co-creation to meet whomever is before us with what is needed with both right sized humility and confidence.

Some may show up in this program primarily for self development, and others may intend to build a professional practice. Both approaches are valid. The world is in great need of more “hearts with ears”, hearts on fire, clear and open hearts in both personal and public settings that are working in the direction of liberation, which we arrive at through every step we take to heal and restore wellbeing. We will work towards preparedness to meet the callings with grace and with each other’s support.

You are the modality.

This apprenticeship is NOT centered on studying and replicating already formed modalities. This container is an offering of how I arrived at being / creating my own modality of companioning others through the mentorship and study with others, which gave me tenants, ethics, form to recognize — and through opening myself to what was/is to come through me and inviting others to share this quality of responsive, co-creative space with me.

The intention is not for you to exactly replicate me or do what I do. The intention is to hold space long enough for you to uncover the seeds and ways of your way.

some Practicals:

For each run, there are 6 seats.

The inaugural run is currently full. The next run will open for application in Spring of 2026.

The shape:

This is primarily be a 1:1 container, as each person will have unique special interests — and, we will walk as a cohort for convocation and other ceremonies, meeting as buddies and in retreat intensives. It’s also possible that small groups may wish to walk more closely. The intention is for the program to take about 20 active months, but may take longer depending on your pace and formation.

Retreats will be in person. Some of this work can only be shared in this way. We will primarily meet on my land in Washington or at a location agreed upon by the cohort, with great consideration of covid and over-all safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: At least 3 months of working closely with me before the start of the apprenticeship. Preference will be given to folks who have gone through Circle Leadership or Soul Friend with me. If you have not worked with me prior to this, reach out and let’s talk. It’s very possible we’re a good fit if you’re still engaged in reading this. 🪷🌞🌻

  • A willingness to commit to the entire program, show up and be fully in and be in right reciprocity with a commitment to making the financial offering. 

  • A completed application with thorough, thoughtful responses.

  • And an interview with Meg.

Who am I — and what’s the call to share this work?

I have been attuned to the healing realms since childhood, learning first from my mother, Elue’wiet Moin, and studying with elders and teachers more directly beginning in my early twenties. My energy education and training include:

  • All 4 Reiki level attunements + 3 levels of IET with Reiki Master/Teacher Fern Dyer

  • 7 years of direct study/apprenticeship with Elder Major to refine my clairvoyance and healing skills

  • 8 years of study with Elder Teacher David Sanipass and a community of peer teachers gaining esoteric insight and star knowledge

  • A mastery level Sound Healing Apprenticeship with Sandra Chaussee

  • And 2 years of seminary training through The Chaplaincy Institute of Maine. 

In addition to certificates and continued education, I have been in practice seeing folks for nearly twenty years. In addition, I have received from direct encounter information and practices that have maturated within me over time and have proven to be accurate and helpful for clients.

There’s more than could be shared in a webpage, but it’s important to share with transparency and with deep appreciation for the teachers that have participated in my re-membering.

My philosophy and stance as a teacher in this context: I will share what I know from a stance of what I’ve encountered and some esoteric / philosophical shapes that I’ve learned from folks I’ve studied with, but the aim of this apprenticeship is to companion the seeds of your medicine and to support the process of your formation and recognition of your direct lines of connection. Healing is NOT fixing or having extraordinary power, particularly power over any other. Healing is cultivating recognition of our own “too small stories” that hold us back from birthright wellness, and being in consistent personal practice – and in concentrated, consensual moments, holding a stance that offers points of entry for others to be in the “energy of recognition” of their own wellness and light. The more we refine, the more clear and earnest our offering is – and, every stage of our own healing is a beacon for those seeking to see the next right step. We, in my opinion, are never done, and only refine more and more.
